These guys are amazing. Jordan and Chase have been super helpful. They are quick and honest. I appreciate the fast communication with all my questions. I have even learned so much on how my AC works. The previous company I used was awful. They tried to overcharge me on services that were not related to my issue. The previous company failed to notify me my refrigerant was EMPTY. The previous company also left trash in my attic crawl space. I will NEVER use the previous company or anyone else again. My go to forever is Chase and his team. I cannot speak enough great things about Chase and his team and will refer them to anyone in the area.
We had such a great experience with Jordan! He was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain everything and make sure our AC was working properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable! 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend him!

What stood out most was that I never once felt like he was trying to hard-sell me on anything. Instead, he talked to me like a real human being, took the time to explain the “why” behind what he was recommending, and walked me through the different options and what path actually made the most sense. Unfortunately, genuine customer service can sometimes feel like a thing of the past—but Jordan reminded me that it still exists. He was honest, straightforward, patient, and made me feel like his priority was helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale. If you want real customer service, no BS, complete transparency, and someone who genuinely knows what he’s talking about, Jordan is your guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing HVAC help. Chase Heating and Cooling is lucky to have him!
