Jordan was a pleasure to work with as the on site technician. He was able to find the leak in my system incredibly fast, assured me honest and fair info about my options for repair and didn’t rush me at all even on a Friday night. Chase himself came out to my house that same night to check out the issues and together they made a battle plan to get my family and I back in our home safe and in good temperature. They were communicative the entire time without scaring us about anything. I can’t reccomend anyone more than this team.
These guys are amazing. Jordan and Chase have been super helpful. They are quick and honest. I appreciate the fast communication with all my questions. I have even learned so much on how my AC works. The previous company I used was awful. They tried to overcharge me on services that were not related to my issue. The previous company failed to notify me my refrigerant was EMPTY. The previous company also left trash in my attic crawl space. I will NEVER use the previous company or anyone else again. My go to forever is Chase and his team.
